Video Compliance  
YourOnlineCommunity (YOC)'s editorial policy regarding the acquistion and display of digital material including YocTV and SportsLive videos and WollongongOnline e-zine static images is in general accordance with the Australian Sports Commission's recommended Guidelines on the Use of Images of Children viz:
Video crews always to register their presence at events prior to commencing filming
All material is to be utilised solely by YOC and / or the sporting club involved and under no circumstances is to be sold, licenced or traded for value of any kind to third parties
Activities filmed are to be representative of the activity being undertaken (or immediately before or after the event) and are not to involve improper or suggestive posing or innapropriate clothing or dress standards
No interaction is allowed between YOC video crews and athletes. Any direct discussions must be supervised and /or undertaken with the prior permission of a sports club official
All filming must take place at a sports ground, sports facility or clubhouse and under no circumstances will filming be allowed at an athlete's home
Athletes are never to be named or identified individually and no personal information of any kind is to be displayed unless express prior permission to do so has been obtained
IN ADDITION
All sports filmed are to be directly or indirectly associated with either the SportsLive results website and / or the YocTV VIDEO Awards program
YocTV or SportsLive crews will always carry identifying cards or letters of authority
